Please complete this form if you are interested in receiving a $100 Mitre 10 Gift Card as sponsorship from Mitre 10 MEGA Nelson. As we receive many worthy sponsorship requests every week, we want to support our local community with a fair and transparent process that allows all eligible requests a chance to receive sponsorship.

Eligible applications are ones that meet the following criteria:

1. This sponsorship will directly benefit people in the Nelson/Tasman Community
2. This sponsorship is for a group, that without community fundraising, would not be able to continue work that benefits others
3. This sponsorship if for a specific fundraising event or activity

Sponsorship applications will be reviewed on the 20th of the month and if you meet our criteria of being a local community sponsorship for the benefit of others, you'll go in the draw to receive a $100 Mitre 10 Gift Card. if your application is unsuccessful, you may enter again in subsequent months, but only applications received in that calendar month are eligible. Only one application per organisation per month is permitted, multiple entries will be disqualified. Successful application(s) will be notified by email by the 25th of the calendar month.
